Welcome!

Palm Springs Front Runners & Walkers is a running and walking club for lesbians, gay men, their families and friends. Established in 1997, our club currently has more than 375 active members. Visitors to the Coachella Valley are invited to join us any time.

Walkers:   Meet daily Monday through Saturday 8:00 am (October 1 - May 30) 7:30 am (June 1 - September 30) Join us at Sunrise Park located at the corner of Ramon Road and Sunrise Way. We meet at the parking lot just east of the Mizell Senior Center.

Runners:   Meet Saturdays at the parking lot next to the Mizell Senior Center at   Sunrise Park on Ramon Road and Sunrise Way. 8:00 am (October 1 - May 30) 6:30 am (June 1 - September 30)   Meet Sundays at 7:00 am the parking lot in front of Running Wild in the Sun Center at 611 S. Palm Canyon.

CLUB OBJECTIVES

We are primarily a fitness club, dedicated to good health through exercise. We have frequent social activities, and we contribute to our community through fundraising to donate funds to worthy organizations.

 MEMBERSHIP

Although most of our membership comes from the GLBT community, membership is open to all who share our objectives. We welcome all walkers and runners (over age 18), whether beginner or accomplished.

Membership is $30 per year.
